Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of AcosZero, a software service for managing Amazon advertising, provided by Teconia Montenegro d.o.o. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using AcosZero you accept them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. Questions: [email protected].

1. The service

AcosZero connects to your Amazon Ads and, if you choose, Amazon Seller Central accounts through Amazon’s official APIs, shows reports, suggests changes with rules and AI, and applies changes to your Amazon accounts when a user with the right permissions approves or applies them. We may improve and change features over time.

2. Accounts and security

• You must give accurate information and keep your password and second sign-in factor to yourself. Every user signs in with two-factor authentication.
• The owner or admins of a workspace decide who joins it and what role each person has, and are responsible for what their users do.
• Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused.

3. Your Amazon accounts

• You may connect only Amazon accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and you are responsible for complying with Amazon’s agreements and policies for them.
• Changes to campaigns, bids, budgets, keywords and targets are sent to Amazon only when a user applies or approves them. You remain responsible for your advertising decisions and spend; suggestions from rules and AI are recommendations, not guarantees of results.
• You can revoke AcosZero’s access in Amazon at any time; features that need it will stop working.

4. Trial, plans and payment

• New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with no card required. When it ends, the workspace is locked until you choose a plan; nothing is charged automatically.
• Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the prices shown in the app when you subscribe. Plans with an overage price charge it for connected advertising profiles above the included number.
• You can cancel at any time in Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not refunded pro rata, unless the law requires otherwise.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice to the workspace owner; the new price applies from the next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use AcosZero to break the law or Amazon’s policies, to access accounts or data you are not entitled to, to interfere with the service or other customers, to probe or bypass its security, or to resell it without our written permission.

6. Your data

You keep all rights to your data and your Amazon data. You allow us to process it only to provide and improve AcosZero, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your reports at any time; after an account is closed we delete its data as the Privacy Policy describes.

7. AI features

AI analysis is generated automatically by the provider your workspace selects and can be wrong or incomplete. Review AI suggestions before applying them.

8. Availability

We work to keep AcosZero available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without a guaranteed uptime. It depends on Amazon’s APIs, which Amazon may change, limit or interrupt.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost sales or advertising costs, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using AcosZero at any time and ask us to close your workspace. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or leaves invoices unpaid, after notice where reasonable.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; for significant changes we will tell workspace owners by email at least 30 days in advance, and continuing to use AcosZero after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
